App Store integration
What is App Store?
App Store is a digital distribution platform provided by Apple where users can browse and download applications for iOS devices.
Adding the App Store integration in Buddy allows you to deploy .IPA files to App Store Connect.

To automate your mobile app deployment workflow, we prepared a suite of pre-configured iOS actions.
Setting up App Store integration
- To get started, go to the Integrations tab, click New integration, and select App Store:

- A configuration window will appear:

Hint
To add the integration, we recommend using the App Store Connect API authorization method.
Here you have to provide:
- Integration name
- Issuer ID
- API Key ID
- API Key
Hint
You can adjust the privacy settings of your integration (i.e. who can use it and where) in the Permissions tab.
Getting integration data
To get the required integration data:
- Log in to App Store Connect.
- You will find the Issuer ID at the top of the page:

- Click + to add a new key. Enter the name and select the App Manager scope at minimum:

- Click Generate and download the key. Copy the ID, and paste all data back to Buddy.
Hint
To add the integration, you need to be a member in the Apple Developer Program.
- Click Add a new integration.
Success
Once the integration is configured, you can start building your apps in Buddy and easily distribute them to the App Store.
