Plans and Features

Free plan

Free tier gives you access to all the base features of Buddy with only exception being 2FA and Sandboxes.

Hint
Free workspaces are a subjet to inactivity termination. After a period of 60 days with no activity, the workspace will be frozen and subsequently terminated permanently if no action is taken within the following 30 days. By activity we understand logging into your account within that period, pipelines running recurrently do not count as activity.

Trial

Trial begins automatically once the workspace is created and lasts for 14 days. Trial accounts have access to the same features as the Hyper plan. Once the trial ends, you will be prompted to select a plan (Free, Pro or Hyper). Workspaces will be in a read-only until the plan is selected.

Hint
On-premise trial is 30 days

Pro

"Pro" is our entry-level plan meant for smaller teams and independent developers. It has access to most of the features, including Sandboxes, with the exception of the ones listed below. Number of seats and runners can be adjusted at any given moment through the Billing tab

Hyper

"Hyper" is our feature-complete plan with some of the more advanced settings unlocked. It starts with a higher monthly GBminute allowance, more seats and cache.

Additional features of Hyper

IP access restrictions

The feature allows you to define which specific IP addresses or subnet masks can access the workspace. Multiple addresses have to be entered in separate lines.

Day & hour run scheduling

This feature allows you to schedule a one-off run of the pipeline for a specific date and time. You can select this option in a new run menu.

Advanced permissions

This feature adds additional collaboration options:

  • Allowing group members to create new projects
  • Automatically assigning group members to new projects with default role specified
  • Adding new roles with custom access scope
  • Setting per-pipeline permissions

Additional pipeline settings

  • The "Run if" tab within the pipeline settings and the "Conditions" tab within actions allow users to configure advanced trigger conditions

  • Run prioritization enables you to define the priority of the pipeline in the queue
  • You can configure your own custom service for build actions

  • Remote YAML configuration allows users to create new pipelines based on a predefined YAML template

Additional Sandbox settings

Sandboxes on the Hyper plan gain access to basic password protection and customizable domains
