Resetting workspace owner’s password

All commands listed in the article must be run as root.

Log onto the machine where Buddy self-hosted is installed and generate temporary login credentials for the account owner through the CLI.

  1. On the server where Buddy self-hosted is installed, run:

    bash
    buddy configure $
  2. Go to Reset workspace owner password.
  3. Use the generated credentials to sign in to the workspace and set up a permanent password.
