New feature: Quick adds

Buddy is currently in the transition period in which every major view is being redesigned to better accommodate the ever-growing list of upcoming features. We've already updated navigation and released new projects, integrations and source code views, with Pipelines securing the spot for the next Big Thing™️.

In the meantime, we try to release a cool feature from time to time—just to remind you how awesome Buddy is! One of such features are quick adds. While not as significant as the recent iOS builds, they are still an improvement that makes the everyday life of a developer a tad easier.

Quick Add Items

How it works

All you need to do it type a in the Search field for the list of suggestions. Depending on the current view, you can choose from the following items:

• project
• user
• pipeline
• sandbox
• integration
• file (in Code view)
• branch
• merge request

Here's an example how it works on the Pipelines tab:
