Buddy 2.0: New projects view, workspace navigation, and more 🔥

Dear beloved, One month ago we began the transition towards Buddy 2.0. The first part was updating dashboard and workspace navigation. This week we released further updates to the service required to host the upcoming features. We also made a couple of changes to the dashboard basing on the feedback that you sent. Here's how it all looks now.

Projects view

The Projects view received more telling looks and status icons representing the state of the project basing on the last execution. If there are no pipelines in the project, you can add one directly from the project's tile:

Project configuration also received some subtle lifting to match the new design:

Project navigation

You can quickly access the most recent projects from the dropdown menu by clicking the workspace name on the upper-left side:

Workspace navigation (restored)

In response to your feedback, we have restored the dropdown menu to allow quick navigation between workspaces. To access it, click your avatar in the upper-right corner:

Activity feed

The activity feed lets you track progress in your workspace in the form of an event timeline. Here we toned done the colors and went for

Folders

Projects can be added into folders for easier management. The folder options are available from the hamburger menu at the top:

The management menu also got its part of paint job:

Please mind that during the transition not everything will be perfect. We have to ask you for a little bit of patience until the new version has fully arrived. Also, not all changes are final. Looking forward to your feedback so we can make Buddy the best ever!
