New action: Shopify CLI 🛍️

Following Shopify's release of Online Store 2.0, this week we are shipping the recently updated Shopify CLI tool. The addition complements the Shopify transfer action, which allows you to deploy themes to the selected store, and the Shopify Theme Kit action, the less capable version of the CLI.

How it works

First, you need integrate Buddy with your Shopify account. Depending on your workflow, you can choose between store/access token and API key/partner token method:

The next step is defining the CLI commands that you want to run in the action settings:

And that's it - now you can make a push to the branch you want to deploy and Buddy will automatically perform the defined tasks. You are free to add whatever action your workflow requires in any number. Here is an example of a pipeline that runs theme check on the theme before pushing it to the store. In the end, it sends a Slack notification to the client's channel:
