October 12 update to deployment IP's

This article was updated on October 26. Due to some obstacles on the road, we have postponed the removal of obsolete IP's until November 16 (see below).
Hint
The current list of IP's can always be found at buddy.works/docs/common-problems/ip-whitelisting. The list for Windows and iOS workers did not change and will remain as it is now.
New IP's
On October 12, we updated the IP's used by our servers with one new IP range: 185.206.228.0/24. Make sure to whitelist the following pool of addresses. This pool will not change.
