Introducing pipeline contexts

Pipelines now have contexts that are shared with pipeline triggers. We are introducing two context types:
Git (previously Codes copes) and Environments.

Changes to pipeline creation

With contexts, we made some changes to pipeline creation and actions. Code scopes and triggers are gone from the pipeline creation view and pipeline settings.

Once a pipeline is created we are now display a Workflow tab which facilities contexts, triggers and actions on a single view.

Context and triggers

Once a new pipeline is created, you can set its context and triggers. By default, contexts are shared by triggers, but you can customize them for every trigger.

YAML and API

There are no changes to API and YAML configuration.
