Introducing: Buddy Wallet
Our new quality-of-life feature allows you to top up the account balance to ensure that your workspace remains fully operative, for example, in case of unexpected problems with your credit card or bank.
To add funds to the wallet, go to the Balance & Transactions tab in your user's Billing settings:
- The account is charged monthly at the same day as before.
- If the wallet balance is positive, Buddy will first charge the amount in the wallet, then the payment method linked with the account.
- If the balance is zero, Buddy will use the payment method linked with the account.
- Adding funds requires a credit card or PayPal account. If you need an invoice, you can check the option and enter the details of your company below:
