GKE legacy auth methods

This regards standalone users only

Back in 2021, Google Kubernetes Engine discontinued support for basic authentication methods, and Buddy soon followed.

Since the change, cloud users haven't been able to use authentication other than OAuth for GKE. However, we have kept that option for standalone users to maintain backward compatibility for already defined actions.

As of September 4th, 2024, we are entirely disabling legacy GKE authentication support for standalone users.
