Standalone update

• Standalone version is now caught up with cloud. This means YAML changes and readable IDs are now available to standalone users

Bugfixes

• Services plan limitations now correctly apply only to custom services
• In the pipeline launch view, when the clear cache flag was selected, the Review Changes section showed "compare from 0" - now it displays correctly only when from scratch is selected
