New features

  • You can now deploy from private submodules via HTTP. We're going to add SSH support for private submodules in about two weeks
  • It's now possible to use headers to control cache duration for files uploaded to Amazon S3
  • You can now use both SSH and HTTP protocols to push files to the repository with the Git push action

Improvements

  • You can now flush the filesystem and run a fresh git clone by checking the cache clearance option when running a pipeline
  • The Slack action now uses Slack attachments for default formatting. This way you can squeeze more information in one message in a clear way
  • All payment transactions, including failed ones, are now displayed in one table with date and charge value.
  • You no longer need to re-enter credit card details when trying to make an instant payment
  • The last entered command line is now used as the default title for builds and SSH actions
  • Previously selected Docker images were cached between executions of Docker actions. From now on, on each run Buddy will query Docker Hub for changes and pull a new image if necessary
  • [Buddy Enterprise] Webhook SSL verification for Github, GitLab and Bitbucket has been disabled

Bugfixes

  • Fixed bug that created an unnecessary disk directory when deploying a single file
  • [Buddy Enterprise] Fixed license problem that was putting the workspace in read-only mode even though the license had been properly paid
  • Fixed vulnerability issue that let users change avatars of other workspace members with a specifically modified request
  • Fixed bug that prevented adding an already existing user to a new project if the user limit had been hit
  • Some users have requested that they weren't able to browse paths on the remote server (getServerContent) even though they were properly authorised. We've fixed that
  • Fixed bug in the add sms action API request
