  4. Go to your profile settings in Bitbucket and click OAuthAdd consumer. Alternatively, you can use this link: https://bitbucket.org/account/user/YOUR_USERNAME/api
  5. Fill in the application details:

    • Name → anything, eg. Buddy Enterprise
    • Callback URL → paste the callback URL that you've copied from Buddy Enterprise
    • Make sure to leave the private consumer box checked.

    Check the following Permissions:

    • Account → Read
    • Repositories → Read
    • Webhooks → Read and write

Click Save to add the application.

  6. Copy the Key and Secret from the description details.

Configure Bitbucket app in Buddy

  1. Log back to your Buddy Enterprise workspace as admin.
  2. Go to the workspace Preferences and switch to the Applications tab.
  3. Click Configure under the Bitbucket logo and paste the Key and Secret.
  4. Set up the Webhook address. The webhook is an URL to which Bitbucket will send information on changes in the repositories. The address must be available from the outside: if your installation is assigned to an internal IP (eg. 192.168.x.x), make sure to paste your external IP to that field and redirect the oncoming traffic on your router to the address of your Buddy Enterprise instance.
  5. Save and restart the machine to apply changes.
